Terms of Service

The short version: 2048 Streak is free to play. Coins and other in-game items are for fun only and have no real-world value. Play fair, don't tamper with the Game or its ads, and enjoy it.

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and 2048 Streak ("we", "us") about the 2048 Streak mobile game (the "Game") and this website. By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The terms of the app store you downloaded the Game from also apply.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download the Game and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

3. Coins, power-ups and other virtual items

  • Coins, power-ups, themes, XP, levels, trophies and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are part of the Game. They have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the Game.
  • Your progress and Virtual Items are stored only on your device. They can be lost if you uninstall the Game, reset your progress, clear the app's data or change devices, and we cannot restore them.
  • We may change prices, rewards and how Virtual Items work, for example to keep the Game balanced.

4. Ads and reward videos

The Game shows ads provided by third parties, mainly Google AdMob. Some rewards are given for watching a short video to the end. Videos are optional and depend on availability, so we cannot promise a video is always ready. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they lead to. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases

The Game currently has no real-money purchases. If we add any, they will be processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, and refund requests go through the store you bought from.

6. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, hack, modify or reverse engineer the Game, or use bots or automation with it
  • Interfere with ads, for example by generating fake views or clicks or by blocking or altering how they are shown
  • Copy, rent, sell or redistribute the Game or any part of it
  • Use the Game in any way that breaks the law or harms other people

7. Intellectual property

The Game, its name, code, artwork, sounds and design belong to us or our licensors. The Lilita One font is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The idea of sliding and merging number tiles comes from the open-source game 2048 by Gabriele Cirulli. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the Game, add or remove features, or stop offering it, at any time. Updates may be needed to keep playing. We try to keep the Game running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or Virtual Items. Our total liability for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free game may be zero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.

11. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after the Terms end.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where 2048 Streak is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the Game or on this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new Terms.
